Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LonLes Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Codex AI Coding Agent - OnDev mobile application (the "App").

1. Information we process

• Assistant requests. When you ask the AI coding assistant for help, the prompts, code snippets, and project context you submit are transmitted to the AI service solely to generate the response (code, explanations, edits, or images). LonLes Ltd does not store this content on its own servers.
• On-device content. Local-first features — including Linux-on-Android workflows, the duplicate-photo / large-file finder, daily summaries, and local project files — process your data on your device. This content stays on your device unless you choose to send it to the assistant or share it.
• Device permissions. The App requests access such as network access (to reach the AI service) and, where you use them, storage or photo access (duplicate-photo / large-file finder) and optional Shizuku access (advanced automation you explicitly enable). Each permission is used only for the feature you invoke. You can deny or revoke permissions in Android settings; the related feature will then be unavailable.
• No accounts, ads, or analytics SDKs. The App does not require you to create an account and does not offer in-app purchases. It contains no third-party advertising SDKs and no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs that collect personal data.

2. How we use information

Assistant requests are sent to the AI service only to produce the coding help you asked for. On-device features use your data only on your device to carry out the action you selected. We do not sell personal information and do not use your code to show you ads.

3. Service providers and sharing

Content you submit to the assistant is transmitted to the AI service provider for processing. How the provider retains, logs, or trains on requests is governed by the provider's own privacy policy. LonLes Ltd does not store your prompts or code on its servers. We do not share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

4. Your content and secrecy

Your projects remain yours. Do not paste passwords, API keys, private keys, or other secrets into the assistant: anything you submit leaves your device to be processed by the AI service. Review code and generated content before committing, publishing, or deploying it.

5. Retention and deletion requests

LonLes Ltd keeps no server-side copy of your prompts, code, or projects, so there is nothing to delete on our servers. Content processed by the AI service is subject to the provider's retention practices. On-device content is controlled by you: manage or delete it in the App or with your device's file controls. 6. Security and transfers

Assistant requests travel over the internet to the AI service, which may operate in other locations under its own policy. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep secrets out of prompts and keep your device updated.

7. Children

The App is not designed to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at contact@omgithub.com so we can review the request and take appropriate action.

8. Your choices

You can use the App without creating an account. You can decline optional permissions (storage, Shizuku) and simply not use the features that need them. You can avoid cloud processing at any time by using only the on-device features and not sending assistant requests.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App or our practices change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Review this page periodically.
