Privacy Policy — Ai Game Maker

This Privacy Policy explains how LonLes Ltd (“LonLes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Ai Game Maker mobile application and related game-creation features (the “App”).

At a glance

The App does not require an account and does not offer in-app purchases. Prompts are sent to an AI service only to generate the requested game; neither LonLes Ltd nor the AI service retains prompts, and prompts are not used to train AI models. Generated games are stored on your device. GitHub integration is optional.

1. Information we process

Prompts. When you request game generation, the prompt you submit is sent to the AI service solely to generate the requested game. LonLes Ltd does not store prompts. The AI service does not retain prompts after processing or use them to train its models.
Generated games. Generated games are stored on your device. LonLes Ltd does not store generated games on its servers. Do not include passwords, private keys, or other secrets in prompts or project content.
Optional GitHub integration. If you choose to use the GitHub integration, information is sent to GitHub only as needed for the action you request and the permissions you approve. GitHub handles information it receives under its own privacy policy. You can revoke the App’s access in GitHub settings.

2. How we use information

The prompt is sent to the AI service only to generate the game you requested. Generated games are stored locally on your device. No account is required, and the App does not offer in-app purchases. If you use the optional GitHub integration, information is sent to GitHub only to carry out the action you select.

3. Service providers and sharing

The prompt you submit is transmitted to the AI service for game generation only. The AI service does not retain the prompt after processing or use it for model training. LonLes Ltd does not store prompts or generated games. If you use the optional GitHub integration, the information needed for your selected action is sent to GitHub. GitHub’s handling of that information is governed by GitHub’s own privacy policy.

4. Public content

Generated games stay on your device and are not public by default. If you use the optional GitHub integration to send or publish a game, the copy on GitHub may be visible according to that repository’s visibility and settings. Check those settings before sharing, and do not include personal information or secrets in content you choose to publish.

5. Retention and deletion requests

LonLes Ltd does not store prompts or generated games. Prompts are processed by the AI service to generate your requested game, then are not retained by the AI service. Generated games remain stored on your device. If you choose to send a game or related information to GitHub, GitHub’s retention and deletion practices apply to the copy held by GitHub. You can manage that copy through GitHub.

6. Security and transfers

Prompts are transmitted to the AI service for generation. GitHub receives information only if you choose to use the optional integration. Those services may process information under their own privacy policies and in locations they operate. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Children

The App is not designed to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at contact@omgithub.com so we can review the request and take appropriate action.

8. Your choices

You can use the App without creating an account. You can choose not to connect GitHub, and you can revoke GitHub access through GitHub’s settings. Generated games are stored on your device; manage or delete them using your device’s available controls.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App or our practices change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Review this page periodically.
